Anybody interested in joining friends is invited. Calib Hambleton and his family have food for sale at the park, so there is no need to pack a lunch unless you would rather — this is not a potluck. RSVP or ask questions at info@stirlingcityoldtimers.com.

Every year on the first Saturday in August, people who grew up in Stirling City, California — and anyone who cares about the town and the Diamond Match Company history behind it — get together at Clotilde Merlo Park. Bring a lunch or buy one there, find old friends, and stay for tours at the Stirling City Museum in the afternoon.
